Nikolett Mohacsi

Nikolett Mohacsi is from Hungary. She is currently studying English/Media/Literature at Janos Kodolanyi College in Budapest. She has been involved in the Roma movement in Hungary since high school doing field research, media and communication work. She also participated in the Mobilitas Program in Europe. She worked for the Chance for Children Foundation (CFCF) for two years. She is the President of the Minority Self-Government in Tápiószele whose main activities include: communication between schools and Romani parents, community development and submission of integration guidelines. She is currently setting up an NGO Mediator Foundation whose focus will be on conflict management between the majority and minority populations. She is working as an intern at the ERRC between September 2010 and February 2011.
