In September-December 2003, the Hungarian Delphoi Consulting research group conducted a survey commissioned by the Hungarian Ministry of Health, Social and Family Affairs, on Roma access to primary health care. The report on the survey's findings entitled "Differences in Access to Primary Healthcare – Structures, Equal Opportunity and Prejudice – The Results of an Empirical Study" was translated from Hungarian by the ERRC.
