Stefan Luca holds a BA in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, and has studied international human rights law at Lund University, Sweden. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar and has worked at the European Court of Human Rights and the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, within the department of the Government’s Agent for the European Court of Human Rights. He joined the ERRC in August 2013.
