Volodymyr Navrotskyy, Human Rights Monitor (Ukraine)

Volodymyr Navrotskyy graduated with Diploma in Law from Zakarpattya State University, as well as an LLM in International Human Rights Law, and an LLM in European Business Law. He has worked as a human rights monitor and legal consultant with the ERRC since 2013 on housing, land, criminal cases, school segregation and other litigation. He is based in the city of Uzhgorod (Zakarpattya region).
