ERRC Submission to the Joint CEDAW-CRC General Recommendation / Comment on Harmful Practices: Child Marriages among Roma

The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) submits this briefing regarding ongoing concerns about child marriage in Romani communities to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) in advance of a joint General Recommendation/Comment.
