ERRC Scholarship Recipients: Academic Year 2003/2004

In November 2003, the ERRC awarded 31 Romani university students of law and/or public administration with scholarships to pay tuition fees, the costs of academic materials, and in some cases, housing. The awards range between 150 USD and 1,200 USD and were based on comprehensive needs- and merits-assessment.
